Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white till fluffy and keep aside.

  1. Beat 3 cups of the powder milk, egg yolk, condensed milk & the gelatin. (Add <3/4 cup of sugar only if required.)

Ensure to keep the gelatin mixed in some hot milk for it to dissolve well
  1. Double boil Step 2 on slightly higher than medium flame, till it becomes thick. Keep stirring to avoid curdling.

  1. Beat this mixture for few minutes. It will look slightly foamy on the top.

  1. Keep in the fridge to cool. (About 10-15 minutes)

  1. Once cooled, add the Nestle cream. Stir well.

  1. Now add the white fluffy egg mixture little by little. Use a fork to fold this fluffy egg white into the thick mixture (see pic). Leave little of the fluffy egg mixture aside to use while serving.

  1. Add the essence and mix. Keep aside.

  1. Cut the pineapple slices into small chunks and boil it for few minutes in the same pineapple syrup itself.

  1. Add the pineapple chunks randomly into the mixture. Do not mix. Let the foamy texture of the mix remain. Refrigerate for couple of hours for it to set (Leave overnight for best results).

  1. Ready to Serve - Add some of the fluffy egg mixture and required amounts of the set pineapple pudding. Decorate it with roasted cherry or blueberries. Enjoy!
